Baltimore Thinkathon 2015
Date of Event:
4/29/15
Do you believe that art and culture can save a city? We do! We believe strongly in the ability of the arts and humanities to take on the challenges of the city and help move toward solutions. The combination of creative thinkers, practitioners and arts and culture social activists from around the city presents a powerful tool for problem solving.
This year, we were joined by the members of organizations taking part in DeVos Institute’s Capacity Building: Baltimore and the current GBCA Urban Arts Leadership Program fellows. This one-day think and do event gathered scholars, professionals and activists to discuss the present and future condition of Baltimore.
