National Endowment for the Humanites / Maryland Humanities Council Public Presentation

The Arts and Humanities Center for Synergy is pleased to invite you to a public presentation by David Weinstein, Senior Program Officer in the Division of Public Programs at the National Endowment for the Humanities. Dr. Weinstein will be presenting on the NEH Public Programs grant process, highlighting funding priorities and the relationship of scholarship to public programs within the various grant mechanisms.  In addition, Phoebe Stein, Executive Director of the Maryland Humanities Council, will discuss digital humanities funding and collaborations at the Maryland Humanities Council. This is a unique and valuable opportunity for ARHU faculty to hear from representatives of NEH and MHC, and to ask pertinent questions related to your work.  Please RSVP to Cara Kennedy (ckenned3@umd.edu) if you plan to attend the public talk.
