ARHU Proposal Intent to Submit

The Intent to Submit Form is required for faculty to complete when applying for any external funding opportunity and/or any funding request with a matching component. This form is not necessary for internal funding such as the ARHU Faculty Funds Competition.

We ask that the investigator or departmental administrator complete this form as soon as the determination to submit a proposal has been made. This will ensure that the Dean’s Office is ready to assist with questions or concerns regarding the requirements outlined in the guidelines, budget, proposal writing and review, and/or the submission mechanism. Please complete the form, indicating what type of support you anticipate you might need – check all that apply.
