3rd CINETS Conference: Crimmigration in the Shadow of Sovereignty

Stamp Student Union, University of Maryland
Thursday, October 06, 2016 - 8:00 AM to Friday, October 07, 2016 - 6:30 PM

In light of recent global events, research on crimmigration has attracted scholars from many disciplines to focus on the intersection of crime and immigration control. This conference explores the systematic criminalization of migration in many western liberal democracies, and promotes an open and critical discussion about crimmigration all in an effort to advance scholarship and dialogue.
